Table d'hôtes (evening meal) every day from 7pm
Upon reservation, the table is served in our dining room on the ground floor or outside as soon as the weather allows it, in the shade of the oak tree or near the well.
To establish and compose our dinners, we prioritize fresh products, coming as much as possible from small local producers and according to the seasons and rhythm of nature, fruits and vegetables from the garden.
In order to offer you the freshest products possible, we thank you for booking your dinner at the latest the day before your stay.
- According to the French tradition, the dinner begins with an aperitif (drink) and an appetizer,
- A starter,
- A main course composed of a locally produced meat, duck magret, duck sausage or Toulouse sausage, Confit, … served with vegetables or starchy foods,
- A “home-made” dessert,
- A coffee or an herbal tea.
Evening Meal Price (on booking) : 25€ / person
If you wish to complete your meal with a glass of wine, we propose a selection of red, white or rosé, from the vineyards of our neighbors, Château Haute-Serre, Château Pech de Jammes, Domaine des Hauts de Saint-Georges, from “AOP Cahors” or the “Occitanie” region.
We get our fruits and vegetables from the local producers’ store called Tout en Local, located at the entrance of Cahors, 3 minutes away from La Quintarde.
For local cheeses, especially Cabécou (soft goat milk cheese), we buy from Sylvie and Thierry ARMAND-VIGNALS at the Cahors market.
