CHECK IN :
We will welcome you between 3pm and 7pm. If you wish to arrive earlier or later, please inform us following your booking. In case of late arrival, please inform us.
CHECK OUT :
We thank you for checking out by 10:00 am.
BREAKFAST AND EVENING MEAL
Breakfast is served from 7am in the garden or in the reception room.
The table d’hôte (evening meal) is open upon reservation, meals are served at 8pm.
METHODS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED ON THE SITE
Cash, Credit Cards and french “Chèques vacances” (ANCV)
TOURIST TAXES
The tourist tax is extra (0,75 € / adult people / night).
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- Reservation guaranteed by payment of a deposit of 10% by credit card valid at the date of the beginning of the stay
- Payment on the departure day by credit card or cash or french “chèques vacances” (ANCV)
Your credit card will be charged in case of no-show or late cancellation under the following conditions :
- Cancellation without charge possible up to 20 days before arrival
- Less than 20 days before arrival : 50% of the total amount
- Less than 24 hours before arrival or no show : 100% of the total amount
ANIMALS
Sorry, our friends the animals are not admitted in our premises.

La Quintarde is open from match until december.
